Responsibilities: Coordinate with the concerned departments for vacant positions.
Handle recruitment and selection cycle (advertising positions on relevant platforms, telephone screening, headhunting,interview etc.).
Make offers to the selected candidates and handle the documentation process as per SOPs.
Create a pool of relevant and ideal profiles for filling the position by the best possible candidate.
Responsible for filling the position within the stipulated time.
Give orientations to new employees and update their data in system/portal.
Take all relevant department in the loop for onboarding new employees.
Respond to employee s queries regarding the company's policies, procedures, benefits and other HR related matters.
Maintain data of current employees, separations, turnover, training calendar, evaluations, etc. Also, coordinate with insurance company for the addition/deletion of data.
Coordinate with departments' managers for the closing of the monthly attendance and assist in the payroll preparation process.
Take exit interviews of departing employees and ensure completion of their exit clearance form, onboard relevant department for recovery of the company assets.
Coordinate with the accounts/finance department for clearance of the separated employees.
Ensure that clearance cheque(s) & all HR related letters/certificate delivered to the separated employee within the stipulated time.
Collect data and prepare a report of internal and external salary brackets/equity for management view.
Assist HR Manager in updating and preparation of HR manual, policies, training material, performance evaluation, etc.
Requirements: Minimum BBA (HRM). MBA-HRM would be preferred.
Minimum 02 years of experience.
Good command on technical recruitment and HRIS.
Excellent command on MS Office.
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
