LAZY APP
House cleaning and repair apps are currently more prevalent than ever before due to consumer demand. The Lazy App is a great option for people who need housework support or any other type of service with a single tap. The app provides assistance for 04 kinds of services: Leaves Cleanup, Bush Trimming, Lawn Mowing and Snow Removal. A user must first choose the service they require from this app and then provide data to generate a booking immediately. After that, an acceptable service provider offers the needed service at a cost effective price.
CLIENT REQUIREMENT
A one-stop solution/Marketplace was demanded by the customer. Thus, any user may hire a skilled expert at a reasonable cost to satisfy their landscape maintenance needs from the convenience of their residences, skipping the hassle of actually going around and inquiring about different service providers before their initial selection. The client also intended to include the functionality that allows professionals who give assistance to register themselves on the application in order to be contracted more than once. Also, the customer should be able to rate the servicemen after the booking is completed.

CHALLENGES
The only real issue was that service providers aren't used to digital experiences; therefore, the user interface had to be simple as straightforward as practicable. As a result, significant user experience research was carried out, including the creation of various prototypes that were then put to the trial via surveys, with the goal of identifying the greatest potential interface.
