The client requested an app that must be handy when dealing with the food business and save time with inventory management and tracking system. POS ERP should create good reports with sales of every menu, item and other service. Additionally, it must conduct several operations in a row, including order confirmation, table reservation, menu recommendation, order quality adjustment, apply loyalty codes and bill adjustment. This web-based application can manage human errors and automatically updates the database, allowing users to significantly reduce the response time.

CHALLENGES

The key issue was adding a credit card terminal to process the credit card payments, as, at times, the card terminals don’t always do the same level of processing and reporting as the POS system. Furthermore, in order to be competitive, the POS ERP web-based application needed to be oriented at the e-commerce arena with maximum online payment methods; hence, it was significant to implement multiple payment methods support. Lastly, a backup POS system was required to be implemented to secure and save the customer’s data.
